    Mr Phillips retired as CEO of Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd in October 2005, following a distinguished career of 40 years in the Australian automotive Industry, which included roles with General Motors and Toyota.

    Mr Phillips was appointed by the South Australian Government as Chairman of the South Australian Training and Skills Commission (retired August 2008) and Chairman of the SafeWork SA Advisory Committee (ongoing), commencing these roles in January 2006.
