The University Policy on Course and Topic Evaluation, Monitoring and Review provides that courses and significant course components (e.g. majors) are monitored annually throught the annual review of Key Accountability Measures.
To facilitate this process, Faculties are asked to complete the Annual Monitoring Form (DOC 39KB) to ensure compliance with this policy provision. For the 2007 KAMs process, Faculties are expected to lodge forms only for Bachelor-level courses. A completed Annual Monitoring form, comprising a KAMs 2007 submission for the Bachelor of International Studies is available as an Example (DOC 39KB) .
For each offshore program, the Program Coordinator is required to undertake an annual review of operations during the previous calendar year. The report is to be submitted on the Offshore Annual Reporting Template (DOC 207KB) with the KAMs data, and forms the basis of discussions of KAMs data by Executive Deans and the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International).
