After a career in the state and federal public services, Roger moved into merchant banking with Morgan Grenfell and later was founder/Chief Executive of Challenger Beston Ltd. During his time as a state public servant he oversaw the government's privatisation program, was Chief Executive of the Department of Trade and Economic Development, and Chairman of the Venture Capital Board. Currently, he is Chairman of Beston Pacific Asset Management Pty Ltd and the Chief Executive of Beston Parks Management Pty Ltd. He holds the title of Companion of the University for his service to Flinders, and was a 2006 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. He is Chair of the Fundraising Advisory Committee for the Flinders University Fund for the Future, as well as co-leader of a Flinders Ambassadors in the Community (FACes) sub-group.

Christine is Director of Environmental & Social Responsibility for Newmont Australia, a leading gold mining company, with headquarters in Denver USA, and sites across 5 continents. She was the Chief Executive of the South Australian Department of Human Services from 1997 to 2002 and has also held a number of senior government positions. In 2003 she worked for the World Health Organisation as a senior consultant based at the International Centre for Health Systems Development, Kobe, Japan. She has strong personal and professional interest in public policy and the public/private/community interface .
Leonie Clyne, BA 1978 Flin
Leonie is Managing Director of Angus Clyne Australia Pty Ltd, a successful corporate clothing design and manufacturing business. She has made significant contributions to small business in South Australia and nationally, and has given service to a wide range of professional and community organizations such as the Australian National Training Authority and the Australian Disability Training Advisory Council, as well as to Flinders University as Member of Council, Chair of Flinders Consulting Pty Ltd, a co-Leader of a FACes group and recipient of a Distinguished Alumni Award in 2006.
Graham Inns, MCom 1994 Flin
Graham is an experienced Company Director and has served on a number of Boards including TXU Australia, Phillips Fox Solicitors, Elderton Wines, the Adelaide Convention Centre and the Arthritis Foundation of Australia. He is currently a Director of the Southern Adelaide Health Services Board, Lane Print Group and the Adelaide Radio Therapy Centre Board. He was a former Councillor and Deputy Lord Mayor of the City of Adelaide and previously the Head of several Public Service Departments including Department of Premier and Cabinet and Chairman of the Public Service Board. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Company Directors and a Life Fellow and Past National President of the Australian Institute of Management.
Andrè Morony, BEc (Hons) 1971 Flin
Andrè was born in Spalding in South Australia's mid-north and completed high school in Port Pirie. He began at Flinders in 1967 and, given that if you remember the 1960s you weren't really there, thinks he majored in economics and mathematics and vaguely remembers playing for the Flinders "snakes" footy team. After Flinders he moved to Canberra where he completed a post-graduate economics degree at the ANU and worked in the Treasury for 16 years, culminating in three years in Paris as Australia's senior economic representative at the OECD. He then moved to Sydney where he worked for Bankers Trust for 14 years before taking up his present position as Chief Investment Officer for Aria, the fund that invests $17 billion on behalf of Australia's Federal public servants!
Sir Eric Neal AC, CVO
Sir Eric became Chancellor of Flinders University in March 2002, after completing a five-year term as Governor of the State of South Australia. He previously had a successful career in industry, culminating in 14 years as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Boral Ltd and a Director of its subsidiaries in Australia, the UK, the USA and the Pacific Islands. He has professional engineering qualifications from Australia and the UK and Honorary Doctorates from the University of Sydney, the University of South Australia and Flinders. Sir Eric has served on many corporate boards, as well as on government advisory bodies on defence, prices and incomes, water resources and the sugar industry. He was Chief Commissioner of the City of Sydney in 1987/88, National Chairman of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme in Australia from 1984 to 1994, and a Trustee of The International Award Association for 11 years until 1997. He also was Chairman of the Organising Committee for HRH The Duke of Edinburgh's Sixth Commonwealth Study Conference in 1986 and has served as chairman of organisations supporting the arts and the re-education of youth at risk. Sir Eric was created a Knight Bachelor in 1982, appointed a Companion in the Order of Australia in 1988 and a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 1992.
Associate Professor Carol Tilt, DipAcc 1992, PhD 1999 Flin
Carol is an Associate Professor of Accounting in the Flinders Business School and her major area of research is social and environmental accounting. She has a Bachelor of Education, undertook her Diploma of Accounting and PhD at Flinders University, and is also a CPA. Her PhD was conducted on Environmental Reporting by major Australian companies. She has strong interests in accounting theory, in particular, critical theory. Carol teaches financial accounting and accounting theory and coordinates the first year service topic in accounting that is offered to a wide range of degrees within the University. She is the principal supervisor of a number of PhD students.

Chris is an Associate Professor in the Law School at Flinders University. He began his love affair and academic career with Flinders in March 1993 and his research interests cover both personal and corporate insolvency as well as issues in tertiary education. He teaches "everything commercial" and , In 2005 he received the Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching. Christopher is a fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Australia, chair of their Assessment Review Panel, Deputy Chair of their national Education Committee as well as an exam moderator for their Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance. He is also the legal member of an accounting professional body's disciplinary tribunal and member of the Law Council's Insolvency and Reconstruction committee. During 2006 he researched and presented papers in North America and the UK, and taught in Malaysia.
