Chris is responsible for operational management of Development and Alumni activities, leading a team in fulfilling the University's alumni and engagement strategies, working across the University including regional centres, to lead and develop programs that engage constituents in support of University priorities.

Additionally, Chris is responsible for implementing strategies to enhance the Karmel Endowment Fund and to bring all university stakeholders engaged in fundraising under that umbrella.

Rob's role in MACO is twofold. Firstly, he provides for the ongoing management and development of the alumni, industry and donor database, with a focus on supporting the ongoing programs of both alumni relations and also fundraising activities, as well as supporting other areas of MACO with respect to their contact list and mailing list management.

Secondly, Rob also undertakes extensive prospect research activities, with a focus on individuals and organisations to aid in targetted fundraising efforts, as appropriate.

In his role as Donor Relations Manager, Simon will work closely with the Head of Development and Alumni Relations contributing toward the strategic planning, management and reporting of the Karmel Endowment Fund, the University's fundraising and bequest program.

Simon is responsible for developing and expanding the Karmel Endowmenet Fund, particularly the appeals and bequest programs including managing key internal and external relationships with current and prospective donors.

Geoff builds alumni and supporter loyalty through developing themes and programs that encourage graduates, donors and "friends" to engage with the University, both onshore and offshore.

He works closely with the Head, Development and Alumni Relations, other key staff in the University and the Alumni Executive Committee to plan, implement and manage a strong, proactive alumni program for Flinders in support of the University's strategic objectives, recruitment and fundraising priorities.

Geoff also edits the bi-monthly e newsletter e.NCOUNTER sent to over 18000 alumni.

Working closely with the Head of Development and Alumni Relations and other members of the Marketing and Communications team, Daniela's role is to support University activities associated with development and connecting with alumni.

She is responsible for the day to day coordination of both internal and external development and fundraising projects and activities associated with the University's various industry, business and community strategic partnerships.
