How do I apply?

Entry requirements

Year 12 applicants must have qualified for SACE and obtained Recorded Achievement in at least five two-unit SACE Stage 2 subjects. Included among the five must be four HESS General subjects.

Non-school leavers from various backgrounds, such as tertiary transfers, TAFE, Special Tertiary Admission Test (STAT) and other access schemes are eligible to apply.

Credit transfer arrangements are in place for applicants who have successfully completed certain TAFE courses.

There are no prerequisites for any areas of study within the BA and no prior knowledge is assumed.

To apply

The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) handles applications for all undergraduate courses in South Australia. Applicants are advised to consult the SATAC UniGuide.

Current school leavers apply on UniLine and should contact their school Career Counsellors for assistance and a copy of the SATAC UniGuide. Other Australian applicants may obtain a copy of the SATAC UniGuide and application form from newsagents.

Australian citizens or permanent residents who undertook secondary or post-secondary studies overseas need to submit their qualifications to SATAC for assessment.

Further information is available from SATAC or the University's Admissions/Prospective Students Office.
