Requests for building work and alterations should be made by completing a  Request for Building Works August 2015 (PDF 1MB) and forwarded to the Elvio Comelli, Manager Campus Planning, Registry Building, Room 131.

For a cost estimate, advice related to renovations, modifications or furniture or for any further enquiries please contact the Planning Department. 

The Planning Department is also responsible for Signage and the Design Guidelines (PDF 588KB) .


To expedite the process of requesting Minor Works to office or teaching spaces, complete this  Request for Building Works August 2015 (PDF 1MB) and forward directly to Shahied Davids, Associate Director Project Delivery who will assign a Project Manager to complete the request.

Minor works are small projects that have no structural element or requirement of planning approval and would include requests like:

  • installation or relocation of new workstation including power/data, furniture, flooring, storage and shelving.

For minor office renovations such as shelving or power points, contact the Maintenance section.
