Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)

The Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) prepares students for a career as a Civil Engineer. The first two years of the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is undertaken at Flinders University and the third and fourth years are undertaken at either the University of South Australia, Mawson Lakes Campus or Charles Darwin University. The award is conferred by the University of South Australia or Charles Darwin University.

Civil engineering is the planning, designing, construction, and maintenance of structures such as bridges, roads, dams, and other built environment. Civil engineering graduates are in great demand with career destinations including building, construction, roads and the mining industries.
