Duties: The Social Worker is a clinical role within Disability and Domiciliary Care Services, and is accountable to the Team Manager for: Providing direct services to individuals and families; contributing to the provision of preventative, community based services by supporting individuals with a disability or at risk of developmental delay to attain a quality lifestyle within the community of their choice.

Essential Minimum Qualifications: A degree level qualification in Social Work leading to eligibility for (full) membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Duties: The Counsellor contributes to the personal development, safety and wellbeing of Woolshed residents through assessment, counselling, group work, and education activities and plays an active role in the ongoing evaluation of The Woolshed program by maintaining administrative functions, participating in the program’s development and evaluation activities.

Essential Minimum Qualifications: Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

The South Queensland Operating Centre currently has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Social Impact Consultant to join our Brisbane based Stakeholder Consultation & SIA team.  Suitable applicants will have recently gained tertiary qualifications in Social Science or equivalent or be completing their final year of studies.
