  • PricewaterhouseCoopers Project Team

A team of committed students became Consultants and investigated two questions. ' Recognition of quality work performed is good business practice. What kinds of recognition activities could be introduced to a professional services firm such as PricewaterhouseCoopers?' and, 'Retention of high performing staff members is vital to successful organisations. What strategies can PricewaterhouseCoopers adopt in order to achieve a strong retention rate of top performers?'

This topical issue was researched by a team of students for PricewaterhouseCoopers - the world's largest professional services firm.

After extensive research, the team produced a business report and presented their findings to the host employer.
