Build workplace skills
The skills required for the workforce are developed throughout your time at
University. These skills come from your academic study, employment, placements,
involvement in the community and life experiences.
This could be through some of the external programs and opportunities listed
here or through the Graduate Skill Development Program - an intensive advanced
program for Flinders students.
This program will give you the opportunity to explore personal characteristics,
develop relevant workplace skills, build skills in analysis, enhance your written
and oral communication, develop leadership skills and work with students from
outside your discipline area.
