Information for New Staff
The Information for All New Staff to Flinders webpage provides information on everything you need to know in your first few months of employment. As an academic member of staff, you will need to complete some specific orientation and induction programs, as outlined in the University’s Enterprise Bargaining agreement. These include:

Most faculties also offer their own orientation activities – ask your supervisor what may be appropriate for you to attend. There are also specifically designed activities for sessional staff and resources to get you started.
