Statistical Consulting
SPSS Technical Support
SPSS offers a toll free telephone and an email and facsimile support service for the University.
It can be accessed by any staff member or student of the University for assistance with installation of the SPSS software.
In addition, SPSS will also answer calls on the usage of its program modules and the reporting of faults provided the call is from either our statistical consultant or from a group of key lecturers.
Four or five key lecturers may become registered with Technical Support and would then become the contacts for statistical advice and error reporting support for other staff and students within their school or faculty.
Staff who are prepared to assist in this way should contact the SPSS site representative for details.

Flinders University staff and students can use the following form to submit a technical assistance request. The details of your request will be sent to our Flinders University statistical consultant. If the statistical consultant is off-site then the request will be automatically forwarded to the SPSS Technical Support address for attention.
