It may also be suitable for graduates who completed a psychology major seven or more years ago or who qualified at an overseas institution.

Further information about the Graduate Diploma and how to apply can be found at: www.socsci.flinders.edu.au/psyc/courses/graddip

The Master of Psychology (Clinical) prepares graduates as clinical practitioners in psychology. The program combines coursework, practical experience under supervision and a research orientation to problem solving. Part-time (no less than half-time) is possible if suitable arrangements can be made.

The full program of study is set out in the course rule and topic descriptions for the relevant degree(s).

* Advanced studies are provided through the Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology), which involves coursework and a thesis - see separate entry.

Entry requirements
Applicants for the Graduate Diploma must hold an approved undergraduate degree or equivalent and have completed first year Psychology at Flinders or another tertiary institution. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be required to complete qualifying studies prior to commencing studies in the Graduate Diploma.
