Admission to a research degree program is normally restricted to applicants holding an Honours Class 1 or 2A degree or equivalent. In addition to the general entry requirements, international students must satisfy the University’s English language proficiency requirements for admission. Direct entry into a PhD will be dependent on the strength of the student’s research background. Students without a research background may be required to undertake a qualifying program before enrolling in a PhD. International students must be enrolled full-time to enable them to complete their research degree within the CRICOS registered duration. |
