Flinders University has formal policies covering the responsibilities and rights of staff and students, staff/student relationships and student representation and consultation and formal procedures for making appeals, complaint and grievances.

If you need someone to talk with, contact Flinders One’s Academic Rights Officer at Student Assist. The Academic Rights Officer also receives complaints and acts as an advocate where appropriate.
