Important information for delegates presenting papers:  Presenters are reminded that early registration closes on 16 May 2011. Please note also that, in order to ensure a place in the program, registration payments must be received by 20 May 2011

Registration fees (include GST) are for presenters and attendees, regardless of which component of the conference you are interested in, Ageing / Greek studies / or both. Conference registration entitles delegates to attend any session listed on the conference program which is of interest to them.

 The conference dinner ($80.00) and day tour ($120.00) will be at the delegate’s expense and are not included in registration.

Cancellation policy (conference only)
Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax to the Conference Coordinator . Any delegate cancelling before Friday 3 June 2011 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $AUD 50.00. Sorry no refunds for cancellations will be made after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.

Please note that registering for the conference will not result in any hotel arrangements being made for you.  Contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservations.  Special rates have been made with the Comfort Hotel Adelaide Riviera and Crowne Plaza Adelaide.  To obtain that rate quote “Ageing / Greek Conference” when making your booking and give your credit card details.

As in the past, subject to peer review, contributors will have an opportunity to have their papers published in the Conference Proceedings.  Papers are not confined to established academics only, and those completing postgraduate studies are also encouraged to contribute.

Tax Invoice

The registration form is a Tax Invoice for GST purposes, once it is completed and payment has been made. The Cashier’s Office at Flinders University will post to your address a tax invoice when payment has been processed.


Transport to and from the motel to the conference venue at Flinders University will be provided during the conference.

Please keep a copy of your completed registration form for your records. You will receive an email confirming registration once payment has been processed and a receipt will be posted to you.
