External Research Funding
If you intend to apply for research funding under a grant programme external to Flinders University, please contact the Flinders University Research Services Office to discuss your application and the timelines involved.
Australian Research Council (ARC): The ARC has two primary funding programmes, administered under the National Competitive Grants Program (NCGP): Discovery and Linkage. Further information regarding both of these programmes is available from the Research Services Office and the ARC Website.
A list of other sources of external research funding is available on the EHL Faculty Research site.
Flinders University also subscribes to the Community of Science (CoS) funding opportunities database, which details grants available in a wide range of disciplines.

Conference Travel Fellowship (Carer Support)
Flinders University Conference Travel Fellowship (Carer Support) is to assist those researchers who normally would have difficulty attending and presenting at research conferences due to carer responsibilities.
