The Flinders Law Journal is a refereed, scholarly journal with a national and international outlook. As new editors we have taken the opportunity to change the title of the Journal. Formerly the Flinders Journal of Law Reform, the re-titled Journal wishes to broaden its appeal. We now invite quality articles from all fields of the law (including law reform) and criminal justice. All articles will be subject to double blind referencing, as in the past.

The Journal is published by the School of Law at Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia. Issues of style and editorial practice in the Journal are governed by the Australian Guide to Legal Citation published by the Melbourne University Law Review Association Inc. The Guide may be viewed and downloaded at Articles and other contributions for possible publication are welcomed, and these as well as books for review should be addressed to:
