    Congratulations to the following Faculty Winners of 2008 ALTC Citations:
    Professor Rosalind Murray-Harvey, Ms Kerry Bissaker, Ms Alissa Zhao and Ms Courtney Roe, for exemplary practice in developing and delivering programs that provide highly valued holistic educational experience for offshore students.
    Karen Orr Vered, for innovation in student-centred learning and formative assessment practices in the field of screen studies. 
    Associate Professor Mark Staniforth, for his leadership in building an integrated maritime archaeology program and for teaching excellence in using an innovative curriculum including work-integrated learning.
    Ms Lyn Wilkinson, for sustained excellence in the specialist area of literacy curriculum teaching that supports undergraduates as learners and inspires them as beginning teachers
