Managing and recording your timesheets should now be done electronically using our new timesheet for casual academic staff. This is available through the Employee Self Service. All timesheets should be submitted in this way. If there is any reason why you cannot use the electronic timesheet please contact email us stating your reason(s). These will be assessed on a case by case basis.
The timesheet can be completed on a weekly basis or repeated over consecutive weeks. It should be submitted to your supervisor or delegated approver for approval as required. To ensure prompt payment it must be submitted and approved prior to the deadlines specified.
