If you have a current enrolment you can change most personal contact details and amend your enrolment via the Student Information System.

You will need to call into the Student Centre if you wish to :

• Register a change of name or other personal details;
• Register a change of address that cannot be completed via the Student Information System;
• Have your student card validated for metropolitan travel concessions with a current year enrolment sticker.

Official academic transcripts may be ordered by ordered by phone, fax or email with the following details:

• Your name;
• Your student ID number;
• Number of transcripts required; and
• Mailing address if you wish to have the transcripts posted to you.

Official transcripts take three working days to process. Note that any outstanding debts to the University must be paid before you can receive your transcripts. Further information can be found at Frequently Asked Questions or by contacting Enrolment Services.
