Fee Exemption Scholarships
If you are a research higher degree student and you have exceeded your RTS (Research Training Scheme) entitlement (4 years full-time equivalent at doctorate level and 2 years full-time equivalent at masters level) you will be granted a Fee Exemption Scholarship for the remainder of your course.
Higher degree research (overtime) tuition fees 2012
If you had not been granted a Fee Exemption Scholarship you would have been charged a tuition fee according to the table below.
All topics are allocated to a tuition fee group according to subject area. A standard fee will be charged per unit based on which tuition fee group the topic belongs to.

Student services and amenities fee
The student services and amenities fee is a new fee that will be charged to students from 2012. The fee will be used to support the range of services of a non academic nature provided to students.
As a general principle it is expected that all students will pay this fee irrespective of course or course level. However some exceptions may apply, please refer to student services and amenities for additional details.
