Respectful relationships: Launch of resources

‘Walking on eggshells…’, a booklet and accompanying information card, will provide support and advice to families dealing with violent and abusive behaviour from children and adolescents in the home.

In conjunction with the booklet a Learning Package has been developed for professionals who may encounter this problem in families they are supporting.

The Respectful Relationships project is a partnership between Relationships Australia (SA), Flinders University and Southern Junction Community Services supported by an advisory reference group comprising members from a range of Youth and Community agencies.

These resources will assist in raising community and agency awareness about child and adolescent violence in the home and provide training and development for professionals about appropriate responses.

Light refreshments will be provided
