How to pay your student account

Your Fee Account can be viewed on line within the Student Information System. View details of your fees using the My Finances menu and choose the View My Fee Account link on the View Financial Transactions page. Individual Fee Accounts will only be mailed on request.

You need your Payment Reference Number to pay your account (top right-hand corner of your Fee Account or go to Payment Reference Number Calculator).

Credit Card on the web

  • Go to the Flinders University Student Information System link to pay your student account using your your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Computer facilities with internet access are available on campus.

Credit Card over the telephone

  • Phone 1300 134 368 (for the cost of a local call within Australia) and pay your account with your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your credit card number and Payment Reference Number (located on the top right-hand corner of your Fee Account) ready.

BPay (Cheque, Savings Account, Credit Card)

  • Contact your participating bank to make a payment directly from your cheque, savings account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Flinders University's Biller Code is 53181. Please have your Payment Reference Number (located on the top right-hand corner of your Fee Account) ready. For more information on BPay go to: http://www.bpay.com.au.

Mail

  • Send cheques or money orders to: Cashiers Office, Flinders University, GPO Box 2100, Adelaide SA 5001. Cheques or money orders must be payable to Flinders University. You must quote your Student ID number or the Payment Reference Number on the reverse of your cheque/money order.

In person

  • Present your account at the Cashiers Office, Ground Floor, Registry Building, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for payments by cash, cheque and EFTPOS using your cheque, savings account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Note at peak times, eg when semester fees are due, long queues are likely.

Note: Electronic payments may take between 1-3 days to be processed.


Which fees can be paid by mail or in person?

All fees including academic transcripts, parking fines plus a range of other fees and charges can be paid by mail or in person.

Please Note: Parking permits must be paid in person.
