The Flinders Connect vision is to enhance the student experience through integrated frontline student services supported by a University-wide network of specialist service providers. Flinders Connect has two main functions: frontline service delivery offered through our Student Services team and back end communications and resource development coordinated by our Student Experience team.

Student services

The Flinders Connect services team is responsible for providing frontline support services to current and prospective students across a wide range of enquiry types, including the provision of enrolment support during peak periods of the year. Flinders Connect provide a small number of services to staff, the most common being the creation of staff ID cards.

Student experience

The Flinders Connect Student Experience team is responsible for providing a positive student experience across all facets of Flinders Connect Student Services. This includes the provision of high quality online information, the design and refinement of Flinders Connect’s service interfaces (virtual and physical), and the provision of student communications.
