girl at yungorrendi The Flinders University Indigenous Access Scheme provides an alternative pathway into university for Indigenous Australians.

The scheme is available to Indigenous people who have completed Year 12 or are over the age of 18 and may not have studied for some time.

How to apply

For entry into the scheme, applicants are required to complete an application detailing:

  • why they wish to enrol in a particular course at Flinders
  • their career expectations
  • educational background
  • relevant work experiences
  • prior learning experiences
  • community involvement.
