Terms of Reference

• to develop and maintain a Staff Development plan for the Faculty
• to advise the Executive Dean and Faculty Board on staff development/training issues
• to monitor and review usage of the Outside Studies Allocation
• to sponsor and facilitate staff development activities, mentorship arrangements, seminar programs etc.

(Chair) Nominee of Executive Dean
Two members of academic staff of each School, nominated by the Dean
One member of general staff of each School, nominated by the Dean
