• Sweet corn blinis with cream fraiche
• Chicken & mushroom roulade with onion jam
• Sweet potato cake with chive cream
• Baby spinach & ricotta bite-size frittata
• Baby chicken schnitzels served with lemon, parmesan & fresh herb mayonnaise
• Smoked salmon with capers on crusty bread
• Creamy risotto quenelles with zesty salsa
• Freshly shucked oyster with an Asian vinaigrette
• Tandoori chicken with tzatziki dip

Prices are based on per person charge with a minimum of 30 people. Price includes kitchen staff to platter cocktail food, however additional labour will be required to serve food & beverages and to clean down where required.

Please note: To facilitate ordering and staffing, confirmation of order and final numbers of people attending function to be notified no later than 72 hours prior to the function. Cancellation of function to be notified no later than 72 hours prior to function as charges could apply after this time. Catering to non-Flinders Housing venues are pick-up only - sorry no delivery.
