University Hall often has vacancies from December through to mid February each year.

Standard Student Casual Rate
Casual nightly rate	$46.00

Accommodation is dormitory style with single bedrooms and share bathroom and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms each contain ISD/STD telephones and internet data points. Rooms are provided with linen and tea/coffee and are conveniently located with easy access to the University. University Hall offers a common room for students to view a large screen television, vending machines for snacks, as well as laundry facilities.

Long term casual rates are available for guests staying 4 weeks or more.

	$100.00 / night per person. Catered
Weekly rate	$490.00 single ocupancy. Self catered
	$590.00 double ocupancy. Catered
Meals negotiable - $20.00 per day per person

A small 2 bedroom flat within University Hall is available for visitors to the University for periods of 1 night to 8 weeks.

Deirdre Jordan Village

The Deidre Jordan Village Townhouses & Units also have a limited amount of vacancies for families. The Village often has vacancies from December through to mid February each year.

5-bedroom unit	$700.00

The Townhouses & Units are fully furnished and contain either three or five bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, lounge room and kitchen. They are located near to both Sturt and the main campus and within a short stroll to University Hall.
