Changes to internal recruitment 

From Monday 9 January 2017, all internal roles will be advertised and managed through a new e-recruitment system. 

This system offers Flinders an enhanced recruitment experience that is user friendly, intuitive and promotes an agile, adaptable and streamlined experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.  

Improvements impacting Appointment Committees include:

  1. a single PDF file sent to you after the application closing date, containing each applicant's CV and supporting documents
  2. simplification of the Recommendation to Appoint documents
  3. electronic delivery of the Recommendation to Appoint document
