An enterprise agreement is a collective agreement made between an employer and a group of employees. It covers the terms and conditions of employment for all employees that it applies to.
Flinders University operates a principle based agreement which sets out employee entitlements such as leave, salary levels/increases, consultation and dispute resolution. Policies procedures and guidelines are utilised to provide supporting information and detail to facilitate appropriate access to and application of the entitlements.
