Terms and Conditions of Employment
The terms and conditions of your employment at Flinders University are those specified in your letter of offer (for all staff except casual staff) and in the University's Collective Workplace Agreement (or for staff who had made this choice prior to 27 March 2008, in their Australian Workplace Agreement).
Collective Workplace Agreement (CWA)
The Flinders University Collective Workplace Agreement, 2006-2008 became operational upon receipt of the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA) Declaration Receipt on 21 August 2006. The CWA will continue in force until it is replaced by a new Agreement.
