Program Title: Using Plasma Technology to Produce Next Generation Solar Cells

Program Location: Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Program Overview: Two projects in the research group of Professor Shuyan Xu at NTU, looking into applications of plasma technology for efficient solar cell production, will be offered.

Program Dates: January/February 2016 for up to 1 month.

Open To: All currently enrolled students in 2nd and 3rd year in the School of Chemical & Physical Sciences.

Application Deadline: A 1 page expression of interest should be sent to the CaPS office (caps.office@flinders.edu.au ) by 5pm on Friday October 9th.

Eligibility: Hold Australian citizenship.

Credit: Either in CPES 3700 or CPES 7711, depending on whether you are in 3rd year or honours in 2016. Acknowledgement of the NCP award on your academic transcript.

Costs: $3,000 per student from DFAT, with a further S$300 per student from the local host. An additional A$300 per student from Professor M Brunger and, on presentation of valid receipts, some scope for reimbursement of legitimate costs from CaPS.
