
The Customer Service Centre (CSC) provides a central point of contact for University staff with enquiries about campus-wide network or telephone support, and for ISD desktop computer support.
Faculty staff and students should contact their local faculty support staff for computer support.

If you wish to arrange computing services for a new (or relocated) staff member, use our web form.

You can still record a fault after hours by calling 12345 and recording a message or by completing the on-line Job Request Form. Our staff will attend to your request as soon as possible on the next working day.
