Can’t login to your email?
We’ve upgraded the email system recently and you’ll need to set up your account again if you were using it on a personal device.

Alternatively, you can access your email from the ‘Mail’ icon on your Flinders dashboard (Okta).
Can’t get Microsoft Office to activate?
We’ve upgraded the email system recently and your email address has changed to be your FAN@flinders.edu.au.
Microsoft Office uses your email to activate so all you need to do is enter your FAN@flinders.edu.au when prompted for your email address and then sign in with your FAN and Password.
Alternatively, you can access the Microsoft Office apps online through your Flinders dashboard (Okta).
