Copyright warning notice - Educational statutory licence

Use this notice when communicating radio or television broadcasts, and textual material or images online for educational purposes under the educational statutory licence (formerly Part VA & VB).

The notice must appear either before or at the same time that the material being communicated appears on the screen. It is automatically included at the beginning of lecture recordings available through FLO.

Use this notice when communicating audio or video recordings via FLO which contain music recorded under the Music licence. The notice can be displayed in the recording or file heading.

This recording has been made by Flinders University under the express terms of an educational licence between it, ARIA, AMCOS, APRA and PPCA and may only be used as authorised by Flinders University pursuant to the terms of that licence.

Use this notice on copies of audio or video recordings, e.g. CDs, DVDs, which contain music recorded under the Music licence. The notice can be displayed in the recording, packaging, labeling or file heading.

This recording has been made by Flinders University under the express terms of an educational licence between it, AMCOS and ARIA and may only be used as authorised by Flinders University pursuant to the terms of that licence.

The following information must also be recorded with communications and copies of audio and video recordings:

  • the title of each musical work;
  • the name of each composer, lyricist and arranger of the musical work; and
