Problems the FLO Student Help Desk can assist with

The FLO student help desk can answer non-course related questions. For example, we can help if you are having difficulty accessing FLO, with your FAN or password, or you are unsure how to use the tools within FLO, such as mail, quiz and discussions.

Course related questions should be directed to your lecturer or course coordinator.

Please contact the FLO Student Help Desk if you do not know your FAN.

We are located on Level 1 (entry level) of the Central Library. You can walk-in for help during our hours of operation or you may contact us by:

FLO Help is available in the following hours:

  • Long Break: 24th November – 21 December

    • Monday -  Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
    • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
