Please Note:
- All Advance Fees include a bond of $350.00 which is potentially refundable at the conclusion of a residency assuming all fees are paid and that all conditions of residency are met.
- All Advance Fees are due with the acceptance of an offer of housing.
- Full year residents are expected to make full payments for each quarter by the due dates given, or by fortnightly direct debit from their bank account. No other payment options are available.
Single Semester Residents:
- Any resident who is accepted as a single semester resident (Study Abroad, completing studies mid year or undertaking a semester placement etc.) is required to pay an additional single semester surcharge of $260.00 when they accept an offer of housing.
- Single semester residents are required to settle the full semester fee in advance with the acceptance of an offer of housing.
