- University Hall: a catered hall of residence.
- Deirdre Jordan Village: self-catered collegiate accommodation.

Flinders Living accommodates 560 students living on the University campus:
- 50% of the residents come from Australian rural and metropolitan areas
- 50% coming from up to 30 different countries.
Flinders Living is managed by the Dean, Flinders Living with 2 Associate Deans managing the collegiate life of the Hall and the Village.
All 3 senior staff live on the campus along with 22 live-in residential staff.
