Showcasing research

Flinders University is well known for innovative research programs across a range of disciplines which deal with real world problems and issues.  The Office of Communication and Engagement (OCE) supports the efforts of Flinders researchers and collaborators by promoting the many significant outcomes of their work though events, corporate relations and the media.

Showcasing events

The first Research Innovation Showcase in September 2010 enabled twenty Flinders researchers to speak about their research outcomes to over two hundred industry, community and government leaders.  The showcase, held in the Science Innovation Learning Centre, provided insight into the calibre of research being undertaken at the University.  The new biannual event is a joint initiative between the Office of Communication and Engagement and Flinders Partners and represents the University's commitment to promoting industry and community collaboration.
