The online Event Management System was developed by the Office of Communication and Engagement (OCE).
It is a support resource for all Flinders faculties, schools, divisions, units and institutes for authorised events.
The system has two main functions:
- collection and management of guest registration information
- promotion of events through the Flinders University website.
Events are set up and published in the system by OCE.
Event organisers are granted RSVP management permissions within the EMS and are able to access and manage registration information for their event. This enables event organisers to access event registration data.
