"The impact of diseases of the brain is immense. One would be hard pressed to find a single Australian family that is not directly or indirectly affected by brain disorders, either in the realms psychiatry, such as ADHD, autism, eating disorders, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, obsessive compulsive, dementia, gambling, substance abuse and alcoholism, or neurology, such as stroke, Parkinson’s, epilepsy, and others."
