Flinders Rural and Remote Health is currently the largest rural and remote health group in Australia.  It is recognised internationally for health services and workforce development – in particular for:

  • award winning community-based medical education;
  • interdisciplinary postgraduate training for remote practice;
  • partnerships with Aboriginal Medical Services;
  • rural and remote health services research and development; and
  • designing best practice approaches to chronic disease management in a rural and remote context.
