      Flinders Department of General Practice is holding an annual conference on Primary Health Care in Melbourne.

      Entitled 2009 GP & PHC Research Conference: Driving Change Flinders academics with an interest in PHC research, evaluation and development are encouraged to participate in one of the premier primary health care networking events.

      Primary Health Care Seminar

      Flinders University PHCRED Tri-State Seminar will present Professor Frank Sullivan, Director, School of Primary Health Care, University of Dundee, Scotland. He will speak on New data from old: linking primary and secondary care data in research from West of Scotland Coronary Prevention Study; Diabetes Audit and Research, Tayside, Scotland; and Scottish Health Informatics Program.       Public Health Short Courses

      Flinders Department of Public Health will be conducting a short course entitled Evaluation - a Health Care Approach in the Function Centre, Flinders University. This course is open to anyone with an interest in evaluating the quality of effectiveness of a program with particular appeal to those in the health industry.
