Guidance for use of the workstation checklist

[Back to Index]

The workstation checklist is designed for use in assessment of individual work areas, particularly those areas where VDU based equipment is in use.

The general principles also apply to other work stations such as laboratory benches and drafting benches.

The checklist may be used by staff for their guidance and to enable identification of potential problem areas.

Further assistance is available from the Occupational Health and Safety Unit of the Human Resources Division: phone Kerry Jaunutis (Occupational Health Nurse) 13117.

Other OH&S Forms.
