Biography

David spent 18 years as a senior executive in the confectionery industry, both in export development and CEO of a confectionery manufacturing company. With extensive experience in marketing to the United States, UK, Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and New Zealand, David brings a wealth of practical experience to his teaching.
His teaching experience in Higher Education extends to 6 years at Swinburne University, Melbourne and more recently Adelaide University and University of South Australia.
