Key responsibilities

Jane teaches and researches in Human Resource Management, and has a particular focus on careers and diversity and inclusion, including culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) workers, returnees, Indigenous arts workers and persons with disability (PWD). Her research also centres on social entrepreneurship, innovation, disruptive technologies and technology transfer.
