Mrs Jayshween Kumar

Jayshween Kumar is a senior project manager in Information and Digital Services specialising in data, analytics and technology space. As a post graduate research student, she is researching the Applications of Data Science in People Analytics/Organisational Programs. Her specific research is on predictive models for skilling workers for the Future of Work. A supplementary interest is the ethical use of data. She has been tutoring in Fundamentals of Computational Intelligence since 2019.

As an experienced professional, she has industry experience across Finance, Banking, Technology, Mining and Higher Education; with technology implementations, organisational transformations and data and analytics strategy, development and delivery.
