Biography

After 10 years working as a police officer and a major crime investigator in Europe, Mr Ludek Seda was ready for a change. What followed was a journey that brought him to Australia. In 2008, he began working as a lecturer in financial accounting and he has continued to teach it since.

Mr Seda has published one refereed journal article and is teaching and completing his PhD simultaneously. His research interests include Accountability, Fair Value Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Statement Fraud.

His experience as a police officer gives him extensive insights into the world of fraud and crime, informing both his research and teaching.
