Biography

As the Practice Development Coordinator, Pauline assists in the planning, development and implementation of nursing and midwifery relationships with industry and professional partners and establishes and maintains strong linkages at the state and national level with external agencies and members of the health care sector involved with professional practice issues.

RN, Dip.App.Sc(Nsg), BN(Ed), MEd(St), PhD

Key responsibilities

  •     To achieve practice pevelopment engagement within the school, across the professions and broader community.
  •     Create sustainable and positive professional and industry relationships
  •     Develop broad community understanding of nursing and midwifery at Flinders University.
  •     Consolidate partnership activities with Primary, Secondary and Tertiary health services.
  •     Further develop substantial clinical partnerships between SoNM academics and clinical/industry partners.
  •     Engage academic staff in practice development strategies and partnerships
